Vincent is a research fellow at GenerationLibre and supervises Mapping of confined freedoms during the Covid-19 crisis. A graduate from Sciences Po Paris and the College of Europe, where he currently works as a teaching and research assistant, he is engaged in doctoral studies in EU law at the Catholic University of Louvain. His research focuses on economic regulation and public health.

Laura-Maï is an international correspondent for both the French and Anglo-Saxon press. She studied political and analytical philosophy at the Sorbonne before working as a teacher in the French public education system, which she left to become an adventurer.
